This is an entry-level production role inside a busy agency environment. You'll be responsible for the daily execution of content across social and digital channels — working from established templates, brand guidelines, and a creative CI/CD framework. The work is real, the pace is fast, and the standards are high. If you're looking for a place to learn how professional creative production actually works, this is it.
What you'll actually be doing
Executing daily content deliverables across social and digital channels using existing templates and brand guidelines. This is production work with limitation on the creative output. If you love the technical approach more than the creative, then this is for you. Producing static and simple animated assets to spec — right format, right size, right feel, every time. Working within a structured creative CI/CD guide that defines how assets are built, named, filed, and delivered. Supporting the wider creative team so senior designers can focus on concept and direction. Speed and accuracy matter here. A missed spec or wrong format has a downstream cost. You'll learn quickly that professional production is about consistency and reliability, not just creativity.
What you'll develop here
An understanding of how professional creative production actually runs at pace. Brand literacy — knowing not just what a brand looks like but why. Real working knowledge of social and content channels. Exposure to AI tools as they're integrated into daily workflow. And the discipline that separates designers who can produce great work occasionally from those who do it every day, on deadline, at volume.

This role involves a lot of repetitive production work. That's the reality of entry-level in an agency. If you're expecting to be designing campaigns from day one, this isn't the right fit. If you want to understand how a real creative operation runs from the inside — and build skills that will matter as the industry changes — it is.
