This is an entry-level production role within a dynamic agency environment. You will be responsible for the daily execution of digital content, adhering to predefined templates, brand guidelines, and a creative CI/CD framework. The work is demanding, the pace is fast, and the standards are rigorous. If you're looking for a place to learn how professional creative production truly works, this is the perfect fit.
The Role
Creating daily content for digital platforms using existing templates and brand guidelines. This is production work with limited creative scope. If you prefer a technical approach over a creative one, this is exactly what you're looking for. Producing static and simple animated assets according to specifications – always in the correct format, size, and with the right impact. Working within a structured creative CI/CD guide that dictates how assets are created, named, filed, and delivered.
Supporting the entire creative team so that senior designers can focus on concept and direction. Speed and accuracy are paramount here. A missed specification or incorrect format incurs additional costs. You will quickly learn that professional production is about consistency and reliability, not just creativity.
What you'll develop here
An understanding of how professional creative production actually works in practice. Brand understanding – not just knowing what a brand looks like, but why. Solid practical knowledge of current digital platforms. Experience with AI tools integrated into the daily workflow. And the discipline that separates designers who occasionally do great work from those who do it every day, on time, and at scale.
Be honest with yourself before applying
This role involves a lot of repetitive production work. That's the reality of entry-level agency positions. If you expect to be designing campaigns from day one, this isn't for you. However, if you want to understand how a real creative agency works from the inside – and build skills that will be relevant given the changes in the industry – then it is. And you're ready to evolve at the industry's pace. Adapt, learn, execute, repeat.
