You live digital content. Thanks to your many years of experience, you know exactly how to inspire communities with stories. No concept is too complex for you. You'll always find a story that you can tell. With your know-how, you will take the team along and introduce customers to the world of content.

Management, and execution of complex social media content projects from conception to completion

Development and presentation of creative concepts and content strategies to customers

Monitoring and quality assurance of all content produced by the team

Leading brainstorming sessions and contributing to ideation processes

Development and implementation of editorial strategies to achieve set goals

Working with other departments to support overall marketing and business goals

Qualification

Completed training in marketing communication or a comparable degree (university/FH) and at least 5 years of experience in a marketing agency or in the area of communication & media

Extensive experience in designing content marketing projects and social media campaigns as well as in-depth knowledge of current trends and the ability to translate them into innovative, promising campaigns

Strong analytical skills for evaluating social media indicators and deriving strategic measures

High level of independence and ownership with flawless German and good English skills.

Safe when using common project management and collaboration tools (such as Google Docs, Figma, Notion or comparable tools)

Team player with organizational strength and the desire to continuously drive innovation
